Cara Santana Joins the GlamFam as Global Engagement Officer

LA cool girl and beauty entrepreneur, Cara Santana, joins the Glamsquad team as Global Engagement Officer! As an established power player in the continuously-evolving beauty space, Cara brings a unique blend of creative vision and industry expertise to the quickly expanding GlamFam. As an actress, influencer and founder/ former CEO at the Glam App, Cara has an intimate understanding of the on-demand beauty space through her own personal experience with artists and agents.

As an actress, it has always been important to me to work as hard for my agents and managers as they were working for me; it creates a truly symbiotic relationship where we all feel we are a part of something together. This type of unified feeling is what has ingrained the importance of relationships between professionals and clients in my mind and is something that I have always strived to make accessible for beauty consumers. Now that I have the opportunity to join forces with Glamsquad, I can further my mission. Through my new role as Global Engagement Officer, I am eager to continue to develop Glamsquad’s platform of connectivity and further strengthen the resources we offer our beauty professionals and consumers alike.”

Cara’s role will focus on engagements and connections for Glamsquad by brokering partnerships and representing the brand in external communications through media opportunities and industry events while working with the team to further cultivate the brand’s relationship with its beauty professional community.
