Absolutely! You can book a Glamsquad appointment as a gift for someone else or on their behalf. Here's how:
When booking through the app or at glamsquad.com, simply enter the recipient's address as the appointment location and include their name in the booking details or notes. Make sure to provide all the necessary information so your Pro knows where to go and who they'll be serving.
If you'd prefer to give the gift of beauty without booking a specific appointment right away, Glamsquad also offers gift cards! You can purchase a gift card for any amount on glamsquad.com, and the recipient will automatically receive a notification. They can then use the gift card value toward any service at their convenience — no expiration stress (gift cards expire after 10 years).
Whether you're booking directly or giving a gift card, it's a wonderful way to treat someone to a professional beauty experience in their own home or location of choice!
Glamsquad doesn't currently offer in-app portfolios for individual Beauty Professionals, but some Pros do maintain their own public social media profiles where they share their work. If you'd like to see examples of a specific Pro's style before your appointment, just let us know and we'll check if they have a public profile we can share.
Rest assured that every Pro on the Glamsquad platform has been through our rigorous vetting process, which includes skill assessments — so you can book with confidence even without seeing a portfolio.
After every appointment, you'll have the opportunity to rate your Beauty Professional. Glamsquad welcomes your feedback — every rating helps us maintain the high standards our clients deserve. You can also email us at customerservice@glamsquad.com or reach out through the in-app chat.
You can view your past appointments and order history directly in the Glamsquad app or on Glamsquad.com. To view your past appointments in the Glamsquad app, click on the "Appointments" section of the bottom navigation, then click "Past" on the top navigation. To view the billing details of each appointment, just click on the appointment date and time. To view your past appoinments on Glamsquad.com just navigate to "My Appointments" in the account section.
If you need details about a specific past appointment or charge that you can't find in the app, email us at customerservice@glamsquad.com or reach out through the in-app chat and we'll pull up the information for you.
Typically, you'll need at least a couple of hours' notice. Shorter notice is sometimes possible depending on Pro availability. For immediate or urgent needs, email customerservice@glamsquad.com and our team will work to find someone for you.

Booking hours vary by market. In most markets, services are available from 5:00 AM to 9:00 PM local time. Las Vegas hours extend to midnight.
For bookings outside standard hours, email customerservice@glamsquad.com and our team will do their best to accommodate based on availability.
You're in excellent hands! Every Beauty Professional on the Glamsquad platform holds a current cosmetology license, has passed a comprehensive background check, and completes a rigorous multi-step audition process.
Our vetting process requires at least 2+ years of professional beauty industry experience. Each candidate completes a 6-hour audition (available in-person or virtually) demonstrating their skills across multiple looks including soft glam, full glam, and more. Pros also receive training on professionalism, punctuality, and working in a client's home or office. Beauty Professionals who specialize in wedding services are additionally bridal-certified with specialized high-touch training to ensure a flawless wedding day.
Glamsquad Beauty Professionals are independent contractors. This means they have the flexibility to set their own hours and schedules, and the opportunity to earn more through the platform.
